Privacy Policy

CheerForward Athletics runs cheerforward.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Class registration and payment happen on iClassPro, a separate service with its own privacy policy.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter:

• Parent or guardian name, phone number, and email address
• Athlete name
• The gym location and programs you are interested in
• Goals or notes you write in the form
• For team training requests, your program's name and city
• For referrals, the name of the person who referred you

If you call, text, or email us, we keep those messages.

Information collected automatically

• Google Analytics records the pages you view, the buttons and links you use, your device and browser type, your approximate location (city or region), and how you arrived at the site. It sets cookies to tell one visitor from another.
• Our forms are provided by GoHighLevel. After you submit a form, it stores a cookie in your browser so later forms can be filled in for you. The forms also run an automated check to block spam.
• Our hosting provider, Vercel, logs the IP address, browser, and time of each request.
• If you close the pop-up form, the site saves a note in your browser so the form stays closed for 30 days.

How we use information

• To answer your questions and follow up on your request
• To schedule evaluations, classes, private lessons, events, and team training
• To send updates about classes, events, and our newsletter
• To understand how the site is used and improve it
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam

Calls, texts, and email

If you give us a phone number or email address, we use it to reply to you by call, text, or email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Who we share information with

We share information with the companies that help us run the site and our programs, so they can provide those services:

• GoHighLevel, for forms and contact management
• Google, for analytics and email
• GMass, for sending our newsletter
• iClassPro, for registration and payment
• Vercel, for website hosting

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect someone's safety. If CheerForward is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner.

Children and teens

This site is meant for parents, guardians, coaches, and athletes age 13 and older. Forms about an athlete under 18 should be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your athlete. Email info@cheerforward.com and we will respond within a few business days.
• You can block Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
• Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. We handle those requests the same way.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and messages while you or your athlete train with us or while we are in contact about a request, and afterward as needed for our business records. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is completely secure.

Other websites

This site links to iClassPro, Instagram, TikTok, and other sites we do not control. Their privacy policies apply once you leave cheerforward.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
